- You will need the packing list that came with your order and the credit card used to make the purchase.
- Shipping will be refunded only if the item was shipped incorrectly, damaged or defective and it is the only item on the order.
- Item must be returned in original condition and in original packaging including any paperwork, manuals or accessories. Items that are returned defaced or damaged will not be eligible for a refund or return.
- To obtain a refund, notify us of your request. We will respond within 48 hours by providing you with a return authorization number and address for shipping your purchase.
- Credit will always be issued to the same card to which they were charged.
No returns after 21 Days. Unopened returns are subject to a 5%-10% restocking fee or a 10%-15% exchange fee, depending on item condition. A minimum processing fee of $10 per return is imposed if the shipping and restocking fees fall under $10. An additional charge of $5 will be added to returns that were shipped FREE. At our discretion, we reserve the right to deny a return should we determine the product has been tampered with.
